The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will help shape the store's success and contribute to our growth.

As a Store Associate, you will assist customers, manage inventory, participate in promotions, and ensure a welcoming, compliant, and safe shopping environment. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fast-paced environment adaptability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals while following policies and safety rules.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
