Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role; track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric with a passion for memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and follow policies, including health and safety.
