Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; follow store policies and safety procedures.
• Assume additional duties and projects as required.
