Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join our Las Vegas retail team. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, and contribute to achieving sales goals with friendly service.

As part of a fast-paced environment, you’ll handle merchandise, participate in stock and visuals, and collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding shopping experience while meeting company standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and uphold policies.
