Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and upholding high service standards.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and meeting targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and adhere to policies, including safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
