Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Prior retail or grocery experience.
• Cash handling or POS experience.
• Tailors messaging to meet the needs of diverse customers and team members.
• Takes initiative and completes work with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register accurately following checkout procedures.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain merchandise in all departments.
• Assist customers and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Unload deliveries and organize products.
• Ensure proper signage, pricing, and displays.
• Follow uniform dress code and support other departments as needed.
