Job summary

Leevers Supermarkets Inc. is seeking an Associate to report to the store manager. You will handle cashiering, stocking, cleaning and monitoring perishables, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining daily store conditions.

The role requires being at least 16, HS diploma preferred, teamwork and problem-solving skills, basic math and POS familiarity. Spanish language skills are a plus in some locations. DailyPay is available as part of our compensation options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 (15 with parent letter and school authorization letter).
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Language proficiency in Spanish or other languages are a plus in certain locations.
• Proficiency in basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, and basic computer skills.
• Must be dependable and flexible to work scheduled shifts, including a willingness to work in other areas of the store as needed with little or no advance notice.
• Must adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule adherence and timeliness.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and perform checkout procedures.
• Consistently meet or exceed standards for stocked products.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and stocking stock on shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly manner.
• Assist store management in training other store employees.
