Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Tulsa is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers, explain tanning options, and help members choose the right services. You will contribute to a fun, fast-paced environment focused on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, driving sales to meet goals, processing transactions, and keeping the salon clean and welcoming. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.

• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
