Wellington International is seeking a Retail Store Associate to work during our 2027 Winter Equestrian and Global Dressage Festivals.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly individual with excellent customer service skills to join our retail team, provide outstanding service to guests, assist with merchandise sales, and ensure the shop is always well-stocked and presentable.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
• Availability Wednesday-Sunday through March 2026.
