General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, maintaining a clean store, and presenting merchandise properly. The role involves engaging in various tasks across the store as needed to meet customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and maintain awareness on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist customers courteously and knowledgeably.
• Handle customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Support brand representation and maintain store cleanliness.
• Restock merchandise efficiently and maintain organized displays.
