ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Retail Associate, you will represent our Company, Brands, and products to consumers. You will serve consumers and share product information to help them find products that match their needs. Retail Associates support the flow of products into the store and onto the sales floor to ensure product representation and accessibility. You will contribute to store profitability through accurate and efficient process execution and assist the Store Leadership Team in supporting our mission.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Maintain store and visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; restock merchandise from inventory.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) accurately; connect consumers to loyalty programs.
• Contribute to store profitability by processing products accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to consumer questions about products; understand their needs and assist with buying decisions. Support company values to enhance the customer experience.
• Acquire knowledge about products, policies, procedures, and programs for daily operations.

YOU HAVE

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience serving and interacting with consumers.
• Skill operating inventory and POS systems, and retail software tools.
• Must be 16 years or older.

JOB CONDITIONS

• Active environment; ability to move frequently and handle items up to 40 lbs.; exposure to dust and noise.
• Occasional work in various locations.
• Clear communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability, adaptable to seasonal and business needs.
