The Job

As Retail Associates, our team members play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for customers. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, providing product recommendations, maintaining a clean environment, operating cash registers, handling will-call orders, and managing customer waitlists. You will also contribute to store opening and closing tasks, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained shopping environment. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service and representing evo.

The Opportunity

• Create positive customer interactions, including product lessons
• Greet customers warmly, assist promptly, and recommend products
• Maintain clean and appealing environments
• Operate cash registers and process payments
• Handle will-call orders efficiently
• Manage waitlists and communicate wait times
• Support store operations: inventory, restocking, shipping
• Develop technical product knowledge
• Educate customers on technical features and support their adventure needs
