Hudson Group is hiring a Sales Associate at St. Louis Lambert International Airport to create welcoming shopping experiences for travelers from around the world.

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver excellent customer service, handle transactions, stock merchandise, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. You will be part of a team at the airport, helping customers while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team player.
• Be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

• Communicating well with customers, coworkers, and store management.
• Becoming familiar with merchandise to help customers and answer questions.
• Operating a cash register efficiently, including credit card transactions.
• Following company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
• Informing management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues.
• Protecting company assets and stocking merchandise in the store and backroom.
• Organizing damaged products and notifying management of out-of-stock items.
• Keeping the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash.
• Working with stock team to continuously replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Performing other related tasks as needed.
