Job summary

Torreon Golf Club in Show Low, AZ is seeking a part-time Retail Associate for a seasonal role lasting up to 6 months. You will greet guests, assist with merchandising, and process sales in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires POS computer skills, inventory tasks, and the ability to multitask while delivering friendly service. Includes employee meals and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office including Excel.

Description

Torreon Golf Club, located in Show Low, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Retail Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Key Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge guests upon entrance into retail facility
• Assist guests by selling merchandise and providing information in a professional manner
• Assist with monthly/quarterly physical inventories
• Process and record sales transactions; maintain accountability for all sales and money transactions made
• Assist with rotating stock, keeping displays clean and orderly, and creating appealing displays

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Qualifications: Computer skills such as Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office including Excel are required

Ability to multitask — answer phones, greet members, answer questions, and place orders
