GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Retail Manager, the Retail Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service to all current and prospective members of The Bay Club Company and selling products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing exceptional customer service, greeting clients, and understanding and anticipating members' needs.
2. Achieving budgeted net sales.
3. Developing and maintaining good relationships with the retail team, club managers, and associates.
4. Performing store opening and/or closing duties, including cash management and sales reporting.
5. Supporting trunk shows, promotions, and marketing events.
6. Working a full-time schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
