General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures our Customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work environment, merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed to meet customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and maintain a secure shopping environment.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with merchandise, and handle inquiries courteously.
• Respond promptly to customer service needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Assist with merchandise receiving and presentation.
• Follow loss prevention, cash handling, and store policies diligently.
• Demonstrate integrity, safeguard confidential information, and work efficiently to maximize productivity.

Physical Requirements/ADA
