General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed. They may perform additional tasks to help achieve customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and practice safe behaviors at all times.
• Create a secure shopping environment by maintaining awareness and cleanliness.
• Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support the company brand and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform cleaning and merchandising tasks to maintain store standards.
• Follow loss prevention and merchandise protection policies.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications And Special Skills Required

Physical Requirements/Ada

• Ability to operate store equipment.
• Stand, walk, and move around the store up to 100% of the time.
