As a Retail Associate at Banner University Medical Center, your role is crucial in creating a welcoming first impression for our patients and visitors in our gift shop. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, monitoring inventory and sales, stocking merchandise etc.
Location: Banner University Medical Center - 1111 E McDowell Rd Phoenix, AZ 85006
Hours/Schedule: This full-time position operates 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, with shifts starting as early as 6:45 AM and ending as late as 5:30 PM. Scheduling includes a rotating weekend requirement. Call rotation may apply depending on departmental needs.

This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of retail operations. Responsible for coordination of day to day operations in order to assist in the achievement of a profitable program. . This position is also responsible for the processing of merchandise, such as ordering, data entry, unpacking, pricing, and displaying.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Two years of related experience. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with volunteers, staff, and community members. Must have knowledge of and ability to operate business machines. Ability to communicate sufficiently to perform duties in a manner consistent with departmental scope of services and standards.
Additional retail and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
