Addison Bay is recruiting Store Associates in Naples, FL to reopen our location in October. You will engage shoppers, help with styling and product knowledge, and ensure an elevated in-store experience.

The role offers hands-on activity in retail, customer service, and merchandising with a fast-growing activewear brand. We value reliable, punctual team players who can stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Evenings and weekends availability is required.

Addison Bay is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Store Associates to join our retail team in Naples when we reopen in October! As the face of our brand, you'll help create an elevated shopping experience for every customer, while gaining hands-on experience in retail, customer service, and merchandising with a fast-growing activewear company.

What You'll Do:

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfort with physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required - we'll provide training!
