Job summary

Addison Bay is seeking enthusiastic Store Associates to join our Dallas retail team. You’ll help create an elevated shopping experience, assist with styling and product knowledge, and maintain a clean sales floor while processing transactions at the register.

Be part of a growing activewear brand with training provided. Available roles include part-time and full-time positions in Dallas, Texas, with evenings and weekends or weekday shifts to accommodate customers and store goals.

Qualifications

• People person who enjoys engaging with customers and working as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to jump in wherever needed.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfort with physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll provide training!
