Responsibilities:

• Build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
• Consult customers professionally and upbeat
• Meet sales quotas (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open/close business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals

Qualifications:

• Availability: 15-30 hours/week part-time, 35-40 hours/week full-time
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights & weekends
• Customer service experience
• Friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals
