General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures a positive shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and maintain awareness to create a secure shopping environment.
• Greet all customers courteously, assist with merchandise, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Support store cleanliness and organization through regular cleaning and merchandise recovery.
• Follow loss prevention and safety policies.
• Handle transactions accurately and safeguard confidential information.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet customer service and operational goals.

Qualifications And Skills
