General Purpose

The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. They greet customers courteously, maintain a clean work area, ensure proper merchandise presentation, and perform various tasks across store areas as needed to meet customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and maintain awareness to create a secure shopping environment.
• Greet and assist customers courteously, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the company brand and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and presented according to standards.
• Understand loss prevention policies and safeguard company assets.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, following all policies.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and maximize productivity.
