Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Location: Encinitas, CA | Hours: 20-30 hours/week | Pay: Starting at $18/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by being friendly, helpful, and engaging Learn and share product knowledge to guide customer purchases
• Cashier and handle transactions using our Shopify POS system
• Assist customers in returns and exchanges ensuring in the best possible customer experience
• Gift-wrap purchases with care and creativity
• Maintain store appearance: straighten, fold, restock, merchandise, and create displays
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and unpacking new shipment
• Help meet daily sales goals and contribute to team success
• Complete daily tasks including cleaning, opening, and closing duties
• Work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Be a positive and dependable team member who takes initiative

Must Haves

• High school graduate or over 18
• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail strongly preferred)
• Experience using a Shopify POS system
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively
• A flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
