Job summary

Suite Child in Elkhorn, Nebraska is seeking a dependable Retail Sales Associate for full-time employment. You will provide thoughtful, attentive service, build product knowledge, and help maintain an organized, welcoming sales floor while assisting with merchandising and transactions.

This role requires weekday and Saturday availability, around 32+ hours per week, with hours roughly 9:30am–5:15pm. Compensation starts at $16/hour, with experience-based adjustments, and there are holiday pay, PTO,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, boutique, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand, move throughout the store, and assist with merchandising and stock as needed.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Support daily store operations with consistency and attention to detail
• Help maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing sales floor
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, inventory tasks, and store projects
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Help execute promotions, seasonal floor changes, and operational projects
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team throughout each shift
• Step in where needed and help the store run smoothly throughout the day

Schedule & Compensation

• Approximately 32+ hours per week
• Full-time hours within store hours of Monday-Saturday, approximately 9:30am-5:15pm
  
• Friday and Saturday availability is especially important, as these are our busiest days
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
