What You’ll Do

As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of Hello Adorn in our flagship store, helping customers discover pieces they’ll love and remember. You’ll support daily operations, drive sales, and contribute to a warm, welcoming store culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with shoppers and repeat customers
• Manage transactions and returns using our POS system with accuracy and care
• Package purchases to brand standards and ensure every customer leaves delighted
• Offer personalized product recommendations and suggest thoughtful add-ons
• Support jewelry repairs and ensure timely turnaround for customers
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Stay informed on new product launches, promotions, and in‑store events
• Learn and execute the Endless Bracelet process
• Assist with inventory receiving, restocking, and display accuracy

Schedule

This is a part‑time, in‑person role based in our retail store. You’ll work typically Wednesday‑Friday 10AM‑5PM and occasional Saturdays 9:45AM‑6:30PM.

Requirements

Required:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer‑first mindset and a collaborative spirit

Preferred:

• Retail experience, especially in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Interest or experience in jewelry making
