Job summary

Vuori, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to connect with customers and communicate brand values through product knowledge and a positive attitude.

You will work with the sales team to deliver an unforgettable customer experience, greet customers, assist with fitting rooms, and help achieve store goals while keeping the floor stocked and inviting. Job Description

The role of a Retail Sales Associate at Vuori is to forge connections with customers while communicating Vuori’s brand values through insightful product knowledge and a happy optimistic outlook.

What you'll get to do:

Operations

• Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
• Collaborate with management in areas of inventory management.
• Ensure the retail store is cleaned on a regular basis – including floors and bathroom.
• Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, petty cash.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives.
• Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.

• Willingness to lift and move products and equipment and boxes weighing up to 30lbs
• Willingness to stay active and move throughout the store during each shift
• Willingness to reach, bend, and use a step stool or ladder when needed
• Willingness to work in an environment with bright lights and music
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

The hourly range for this role is $15/hr - $17/hr, plus team pooled commission.
