As a Retail Associate, you will represent our Company, Brands, and products to our consumers. You will serve consumers and share product information to help them find products that match their needs. Retail Associates support the flow of products into the store and onto the sales floor to ensure product representation and accessibility. You will contribute to store profitability through accurate and efficient process execution and assist the Store Leadership Team in supporting our mission.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Maintain store and visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; restock the sales floor from stock rooms and inventory locations.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) efficiently and accurately; connect consumers to loyalty programs.
• Contribute to store profitability by accurately processing incoming and outgoing products.
• Respond to consumer questions about product features, benefits, and availability; ask questions to understand their needs and assist with buying decisions. Support company values to enhance the customer experience and teamwork.
• Acquire knowledge about products, policies, procedures, and programs to execute daily operations effectively.

YOU HAVE

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a relevant position or field.
• Experience interacting with and serving consumers.
• Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail software tools.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

• Active environment requiring constant movement; may involve physical tasks like moving items weighing up to 40 lbs., using specialized equipment, and exposure to dust and noise.
• Occasional work in various locations.
