Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring a Winter Seasonal Retail Associate to help guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Starting wage is $20/hour with part-time shifts. Rolling applications; housing is not available. The role includes ski pass perks, employee discounts, wellness benefits, and opportunities for training and development within a world-class mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently ring up customer sales


• Ensure an enthusiastic and professional level of customer service at all times

Job Requirements

• A minimum of one year relevant work experience -preferred


• Experience in the retail field-preferred


• High school diploma or equivalent -required


• Basic computer skills with ability to learn register-required


• Basic math skills-required


• Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English-required


• Strong organizational and communication skills

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
