Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas as needed.

1. Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer purchases, returns, and provide change following established procedures.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
5. Follow merchandising philosophy and procedures to maintain standards.
6. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards.
7. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards.
8. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
9. Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
10. Support store shrink reduction initiatives.
11. Maintain a safe environment through safety awareness.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
