General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures our Customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, proper merchandise presentation, and performing various tasks across the store as needed.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety and maintain awareness to create a secure shopping environment.
• Greet customers courteously, assist with merchandise, and handle customer questions professionally.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and issues, escalating to leadership when necessary.
• Support company branding and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure store standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Ensure merchandise is well-organized, replenished, and presented according to guidelines.
• Understand loss prevention policies and safeguard company assets.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, following all policies.
• Maximize productivity by executing store best practices efficiently.
