Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a store team and embody the LEGO Brand values in every guest interaction. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver results, maintain merchandising standards and drive KPI performance while building a positive, safe, and fun team environment.

You will recruit, coach and develop team members, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure loss prevention and cash handling procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and cash management.
• Recruitment, training and performance management experience.

• Management experience in a retail environment
• Experience with the following
• Point of Sale systems, computer proficiency
• Loss prevention and cash management
• Recruitment, training and performance management
• Scheduling and payroll management
• Space management and visual merchandising expertise
• Physical specifications Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Must have full availability to work 40 hours per week

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $27.88- $29.88 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $28.73 - $30.28 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
