The LEGO Group Brand Retail team seeks an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead a team at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg. You will model the LEGO Brand values and ensure a safe, engaging guest experience while driving sales and KPIs.

May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.**Compensation**The hourly wage for the position has a range of $28.73 - $30.28 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
