Job Description

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandising for our retail store at Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, AZ.

The role's purpose is to create a unique shopping experience and maintain brand standards through merchandising and product management. You will collaborate with your Store Manager to foster a positive employee environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

How you’ll play to Win

1. Serve as a communication link between corporate and store execution, ensuring visual impact aligns with brand direction.
2. Manage the brand aesthetic, adapting merchandise presentations and displays based on product and store needs.
3. Coordinate with HQ Visual teams for product placement, displays, and seasonal rollouts.
4. Conduct in-store training using VM tools to develop store talent.
5. Address store deficiencies like fixture damages, lighting issues, and fixture needs.
6. Organize and maintain visual props, mannequins, fixtures, and inventory.
7. Participate in leadership visits and present visual successes and opportunities.
8. Applicants must be 18 or older.

Deliverables

1. Identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive business results.
2. Analyze inventory and communicate product needs.
3. Use sales reports to monitor trends and meet financial goals.
4. Partner with HQ to evaluate marketing, product, and visual initiatives.

What you bring to the team

1. Understanding of merchandise presentation supporting high-volume stores.
2. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Mac iOS.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

1. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and overnight shifts.
2. Ability to lift/move 50 lbs safely.
3. Comfort with heights and climbing ladders.
4. Ability to stand and stretch for extended periods.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in retail with a focus on visual merchandising.
