Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandising for our retail store at Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, AZ.

The role's purpose is to create a unique shopping experience at Fabletics stores, emphasizing a strong branded environment to support business goals. Responsibilities include maintaining brand standards through merchandising and product management, collaborating with the Store Manager to foster a positive employee environment via coaching and training, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

How you’ll play to Win

  1. Act as a communication liaison between corporate and store execution, ensuring visual impact aligns with brand direction.
  2. Manage the brand aesthetic, adapting merchandise presentations and displays based on product and store architecture.
  3. Coordinate with HQ Visual teams for product placement, fixture layouts, and window installations during corporate floorset rollouts.
  4. Conduct in-store trainings using VM tools to develop store talent.
  5. Address store deficiencies such as fixtures, mannequins, lighting, and overall fixture needs.
  6. Maintain organization and cataloging of visual props, mannequins, and fixtures; oversee inventory from delivery to RTW.
  7. Participate in leadership visits, presenting visual successes and opportunities.
  8. Applicants must be 18+ years old.

Deliverables:

  1. Identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive business results.
  2. Analyze inventory and communicate product needs to management.
  3. Use sales reports to monitor trends and ensure financial goals are met.
  4. Collaborate with HQ on marketing, product, and visual initiatives.

What you bring to the team

  • Understanding of merchandise presentation supporting high-volume stores.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Leadership skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Influencing, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suites, Mac iOS.

Qualifications & physical requirements:

  • Flexibility for working peak hours, including weekends and overnights.
  • Ability to lift/move 50 lbs safely.
  • Comfort with heights and climbing ladders.
  • Ability to stand and stretch for extended periods.

Education and experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in retail, focusing on visual merchandising.
