Motivate, energize, and inspire others

  1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results by prioritizing time and effort, exceeding goals, and motivating the team to improve store performance.
  2. Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes safety and fun.
  3. Maintain merchandising standards to meet or surpass sales and Key Performance Indicators.
  4. Recruit, coach, and develop team members to ensure a productive and collaborative store.

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?

  1. Management experience in retail.
  2. Experience with:
    • Point of Sale systems and computer proficiency
    • Loss prevention and cash management
    • Recruitment, training, and performance management
    • Scheduling and payroll management
  3. Space management and visual merchandising skills.
  4. Physical requirements: constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, standing for at least two hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, ladder climbing; vision abilities; lifting at least 30 lbs.
  5. Full availability to work 40 hours per week.

The hourly wage ranges from $29.63 to $31.63, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational factors. Compensation details, including benefits, will be provided upon final offer.
