Are you ready to inspire a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience? Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as an Assistant Store Manager and ensure our Brand, Vision, and Values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results by prioritizing tasks, exceeding goals, and motivating the team
  • Cultivate a positive, safe, and fun team environment
  • Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed sales and KPIs
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members for a productive and collaborative store environment

The LEGO Group is a family-owned, international business. As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the face of our company, shaping our reputation through guest interactions. We aim to foster relationships that transcend generations.

Qualifications include:

  • Management experience in retail
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, loss prevention, cash management, recruitment, training, performance management, scheduling, and payroll
  • Space management and visual merchandising skills
  • Physical ability to move, stand, and lift at least 30 lbs., with full availability to work 40 hours/week

Join our LEGO Brand Retail team and share our commitment to active, imaginative play. The hourly wage ranges from $29.63 to $31.63, based on responsibilities and experience. Benefits and remuneration details will be provided upon offer finalization.
