Retail Assistant Store Manager - The Forum at Grandview

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability.
• Act as manager on duty when scheduled, handling customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Support operational activities and execute floorset directions to optimize sales.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Lead and motivate associates, providing performance feedback and coaching.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Create genuine customer connections and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous managerial experience, preferably in retail.

• Availability to work peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
