As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to develop associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support store growth. Our leaders are retail-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors who thrive on customer connections.
Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
- Set performance expectations and accountability.
- Act as manager on duty, handling customer experience and operational issues.
- Support operational activities and floor set execution.
- Lead opening and closing routines, including deposits and shipments.
- Set daily goals and provide performance feedback.
- Ensure sales targets through effective floor coverage.
- Create exceptional customer experiences and personalized connections.
- Train, coach, and motivate associates.
- Maintain safety standards and store policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, and operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous managerial experience, preferably retail.
- Customer-focused and ability to foster a selling culture.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Availability for peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
