Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set performance expectations and accountability.
• Act as manager on duty, handling customer experience and operational issues.
• Support operational activities and floor set execution.
• Lead opening and closing routines, including deposits and shipments.
• Set daily goals and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure sales targets through effective floor coverage.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and personalized connections.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates.
• Maintain safety standards and store policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous managerial experience, preferably retail.
• Customer-focused and ability to foster a selling culture.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Availability for peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
