Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and take charge in their absence.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to staff.
• Maintain good customer, donor, and community relations; resolve complaints efficiently.
• Communicate personnel issues to management; issue disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure store standards, inventory levels, and safety measures are maintained.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and loss prevention.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years retail management/supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in POS and cash transactions.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Pass background checks.
• Effective communication skills.

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
• Ability to handle objects up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motion tasks.
• Perform duties with or without accommodation.

Schedule

Stores operate 7 days a week. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. The organization complies with COVID-19 safety measures, including vaccination policies, with exemptions considered.
