POSITION: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

As an enthusiastic and hardworking Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with the Store Manager in daily store operations
  • Managing store activities in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Coaching and developing store employees
  • Maintaining excellent customer, donor, and community relations
  • Addressing personnel issues and assisting with disciplinary actions in coordination with HR and District Management
  • Ensuring merchandising standards and inventory levels are maintained
  • Overseeing Back Room Processing (BRP) and meeting processing goals
  • Managing cash handling and safeguarding cash and banking procedures
  • Implementing safety and loss prevention measures
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years retail management/supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in POS and cash transactions
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Effective communication skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist
  • Ability to grasp, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 lbs
  • Repetitive motion tasks
  • Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations
SCHEDULE

Our stores operate 7 days a week. Schedules are flexible to ensure adequate coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time employees may be scheduled for any shift.
