The Salvation Army is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for their Sun City/Peoria Thrift Store. This role involves managing daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring excellent customer service while supporting the mission to assist the community. Ideal candidates will have retail management experience and strong communication skills.
The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no-fee program to assist men & women in completing our rehabilitation program. We appreciate the contributions of our employees, whose diligence and devotion are vital to the effectiveness of our programs.

As an enthusiastic and hardworking Assistant Store Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Our stores operate 7 days a week. Schedules are flexible to ensure adequate coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time employees may be scheduled for any shift.
