Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to develop associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth. Store leaders are the front line of our leadership team, passionate about retail and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Set performance expectations and accountability.
  • Act as manager on duty, handling customer, vendor, and maintenance issues.
  • Support operational activities and execute floorset directions.
  • Perform opening and closing routines, including banking and shipment receipt.
  • Lead daily team goals, provide performance feedback, and motivate staff.
  • Ensure sales floor coverage and maintain a selling focus to meet payroll targets.
  • Lead customer experiences, demonstrate product knowledge, and build genuine connections.
  • Train and coach associates to enhance selling skills and customer service.
  • Maintain safety standards and store appearance, including physical activity requirements.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, customer service, and operations in fast-paced environments.
