Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support the Management Team in operations, lead a team, and drive daily performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and store processes, while modelling Skechers' brand standards. Weekend/evening availability and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership or related experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure store displays and layouts meet brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels and manage restocking processes.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and other store systems.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and achieving targets.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
