Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations and team leadership. You will drive daily store performance, inspire staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while overseeing inventory, merchandising, and sales initiatives.

The role includes supervising scheduling and opening/closing procedures, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. This position offers growth within Skechers’ global network and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and leading teams to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure product displays and store layouts meet high Skechers standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and restock to keep the sales floor organized.
• Operations Management: manage scheduling, opening/closing procedures and store systems.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies.
