Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Enfield, CT to support the Management Team in operations, people leadership, and customer service. You’ll drive daily performance, mentor a team, and ensure excellent store execution.

Responsibilities include inventory control, visual merchandising, scheduling, and safety. You will lift up to 50 lbs and help meet sales goals while delivering Skechers' brand experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and delivering results.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Retail or hospitality leadership is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
