Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high energy and high performance team.
• Coach team members to increase confidence and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to employment policies.
• Assist the Store Manager in performance reviews and action plans.
• Open and close the store, manage deposits, and daily operations.
• Ensure e-commerce orders are fulfilled per company standards quickly and efficiently.
• Strive to achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals and shrink goals.
• Maintain store assets and merchandising standards.
• Schedule properly to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
