Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure displays and layouts meet brand standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and restock for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store processes.
