Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the management team in daily operations and drive store profitability.

You will lead a team, oversee inventory, merchandising, and customer service, and implement sales strategies to meet aggressive goals. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with compensation starting at $17.91 per hour and a range up to $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail or service leadership experience is a plus.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet brand standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operations.
