Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Culver City location. You will support the Management Team in daily operations, lead a team, and drive store profitability through strong customer service and strategic selling initiatives.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining visuals, managing inventory and schedules, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role demands flexibility for weekends/evenings and a focus on achieving sales targets while upholding

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in sales management or leadership in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
