Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations and team leadership.

You will drive daily performance, inspire a team, and ensure outstanding customer service, while guiding inventory, merchandising, and sales initiatives across the store. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales leadership experience to drive targets and revenue.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and deliver great service.
• Ensure compelling visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Monitor stock, restock, and maintain a seamless storefront.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store operations.
